The Guild Reputation
From EoCWiki
You represent the guild. When people see your behavior - they associate that behavior as the standard for all of us.
Your actions in PUGs (5-mans and raids), Trade Chat, General Chat, etc reflect upon the guild as a whole.
If your an ass or a jerk - the officers have to take time out of their schedule to listen to someone who's not even in the guild about the issue.
On the oposite side - we appreciate all those comments about folks who go above and beyond - sometimes we hear about those too :)
Please Just be mindful of your appearance before the public eye.
Behavior in Public channels
- don't be a jerk - jerk's arn't EoC material
- don't go off on the trade chat from a character with an EoC guild tag - that's what alts are for
Behavior in groups
- Try not to leave a group "hanging".
- don't join a group an hour before the raid, you'll have to leave the group to be on time for raids.
- don't join a group if you don't have the time to finish
