Attendance

Attendance is measures in 30, 60, and 90 day periods. Please see our Raid Attendance Page

Raider Rank - You must hold a 70% raid attendance.

• Note: RAIDER rank has Loot Priority over Recruits and Members

Recruit Rank - You are asked to obtain a 66% Raid attendance; once you obtain and maintain this - you will become qualified for "Raider" rank.

Members below 70% attendance that are not Recruits will be normal Members (*who are still welcome to raid, but will have secondary loot priority)

Vacation Leave

We know people need vacations. If you go on vacation and it downs your attendance percentage, you will not be punished for that so long as you have posted your absence on the forums.

2 Weeks is the Max time period for non punishable/demotable Leave.

When you return, you should do your best to get your raid % back up after vacation to keep the rank if you have fallen below 70%. We know that this means you may have to temporarily increase your attendance (to improve your average, but this allows for you to fill in for someone Else's vacation time after all.. Keep in mind, a demotion does not mean you cannot raid with the guild.

Extended Leave

If A member has a Life changing event that will take them from the game.

Examples: Any Military Service, Birth of Child, School Or just wanting to take a leave from the Game or Raiding.

If you will be gone for a extended amount of time, 3 Weeks + Please let officers and members know. Your toon will be placed in a Member rank of the guild. And will remain there till you return.

Those who Decide to leave Game or Stop Raiding do not have a promised Raid Spot waiting on them when they return. We had to Recruit to fill your position when you went on your prolonged time of absence.

If you were a raiding member before you left You will be welcome to join the raider ranks again if there is a raid position available, and if Geared for the lvl of raiding the guild is currently on. If you are geared and ready to raid you will be made a RECRUIT RAIDER (Remember you gave upr your Raid spot and have to earn it back)

If lacking in the Gear department, it will be promoted you run 10 mans until you are geared and ready to re join the core raiders again.
